About the Study
SARS-CoV-2, the strain of coronavirus that causes COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019), variants have emerged and are likely to continue to emerge and some variants have the potential to circumvent immunity associated with previous infection or vaccination. This study will investigate the relative vaccine efficacy administered as a booster dose in participants aged 50 years and older for the prevention of COVID-19.

Symptoms of COVID-19
Possible symptoms include:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea

This research study is enrolling people who:
50 and over
Have NOT received a COVID-19 vaccine or tested positive for COVID-19 within the 90 days of screening visit
